Cancellation Policy: RT will monitor all flights. In the event of a delayed flight, don’t worry, we will arrive at the newly scheduled flight arrival time. In the event of a cancelled flight, please contact us to alert us of your new arrival time. It is the passenger’s responsibility to notify us of any schedule changes outside of standard delays. For voluntary cancellations (passenger decides not to travel, for example) we allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled arrival time, for a full refund. Any voluntary cancellation of less than 24 hours that is not due to an airline cancellation, will not be refunded. By proceeding with your reservation, you confirm that you agree to all policies listed here.
